Our sheep are 100% pasture-raised on fresh, living forage and hay, resulting in leaner, more nutrient-dense meat with higher omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients.
We maintain our pastures by making use of regenerative practices such as crop and feed rotation and all natural fertilizers.
